A new model in the POINTER range: Pure and modern
The POINTER 22 is a perfect allround sailing boat with plenty of opportunities. Developed by Jachtwerf Heeg, where also the Splash, Randmeer, G2 and POINTER 25 are at home. The stylish design offers -besides outstanding sailing performance- an easy to use approach and a lot of comfort. During the design process, special attention was drawn to needs of modern sailors: It all culminates in the POINTER 22. The spacious cockpit offers plenty of comfort and space. Remarkable: The two very long benches on each side with their backrest tube cushions, the twin rudders and the wide cabin entrance. On demand a head and a fridge can be installed. The cabin sleeps up to four people.
Through the lift keel the POINTER is very easy to trailer. Of course the mast goes up and down easily. The draft varies from 0.30 m to 1.10 m. This elegant and spacious sailing boat is made for both the sporty and the recreational sailor. Through the modern hull design with lift keel and twin rudders, the boat can navigate both shallow, sheltered and coastal waters. The modern sail plan of the POINTER 22 with fat head main, furling jib and gennaker can entirely be operated from the helm. All winches, stoppers, trimlines, sheets and halyards are at arms length, so the boat can be sailed short- or even single-handed.
